At Swalys, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellations You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our facility. To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately at +91 7678236008 or info@swalys.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our return policy.

2. Returns Due to the consumable nature and hygiene standards of our nutraceutical products, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been delivered and opened.

However, we will gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or leaked product.
  • You received an incorrect product.
  • The product is past its expiry date upon delivery.

In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic or video evidence sent to info@swalys.com.

3. Refunds Once your return request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, UPI, Netbanking) within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Missing or Late Refunds. If you haven’t received a refund within the stipulated time, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@swalys.com.
